1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we do. We are fully equipped for destination weddings. For events outside of Freetown, we simply ask that travel and accommodation arrangements be covered. We handle all the logistics of our equipment so you can focus on enjoying your day.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, we do! While we aren't wedding planners, we work closely with you to curate the visual details of your engagement session. From selecting locations that offer the best lighting to advising on outfit colors that pop, our goal is to ensure the photography is nothing short of perfection.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that life happens. For cancellations, the initial retainer fee is non-refundable, as it secures your date and prevents us from taking other bookings. For rescheduling, we allow a one-time date change within 3 months of the original date, provided we are available.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

We provide both. All clients receive their edited images in a digital format for easy sharing. Additionally, we offer custom-designed wedding albums and professional printing services for those looking to turn their photos into physical art for their homes and all soft copies will be stored on a hard drive .

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

We certainly can. We have our own professional videography team available, but if you have a specific vision that requires a different specialist, we can provide a list of recommended partners. Any external videographer you hire will be a separate contract and cost outside of our packages.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely. We love seeing your inspiration! We encourage you to share a 'shot list' or a mood board before the big day. We combine your specific requests with our professional eye for lighting and composition to ensure your gallery is a perfect blend of your vision and our signature style.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely. Every Gold and Premium package includes a pre-session consultation. This can be done in person or virtually. It’s the perfect time to go over your mood board, shot list, scout locations, and ensure we are perfectly aligned for your session

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Quality takes precision, so our standard delivery for the complete package is one month. However, we don’t want you to wait that long to share your joy! A week after your wedding day, you will receive 25 professionally edited images and a cinematic short reel perfectly formatted for your social media. This gives you the best of your day to share while we meticulously polish your full package.
